  • Forchini 2004 Paradiso

    Paradiso is not made every year.  It depends upon the season, excess grapes and market conditions.  In 2004 it was made with Cabernet and Carignane,  while in years 1998 & 99 it was it was made from Zinfandel.  In general it is a medium bodied Rose w/ moderate color and fermented dry.  

    Paradiso was not made in 2005 or 2006.  You will simply have to wait for the mood of the winemaker to find if there is an available vintage,
