Barrel fermented in neutral French oak barrels. Malic acid preserved to give a fresh clean mid palate finish. Opens with subtle toasty nut, banana and apple aromas. Flavors of lemon, apple, pineapple and crisp fruit. This wine is typical of the lean flinty finishes from the villages of Chablis in northern Burgundy. Perfect pairing with seafood, poultry, and fancy cheese. Available for purchase only at the winery.
