Our Cabernet's are produced from our estate vineyards on the gravel
clay loam soils of Dry Creek Valley's eastern elevated benchland.
The vineyard receives abundant sun late into the evening and
consistently yields clean fully ripe fruit of intense color and
flavor. Our Cabernets are huge in structure yet well balanced
combining flavors of cherry, boysenberry, prune, chocolate, anise
& cassis. Generally aged 22 months in 40% new oak and 3
months in the bottle prior to release. A consistent heavy
medal winner in major wine competitions makes our Cabs the ideal
wine to serve with beef and hearty dishes.
